Vaccines are man made versions of the disease and are designed to get the body to produce antibodies to a weakened version of it. Artificial immunity also can not be passed from mother to fetus (so much for the need to vaccinate pregnant women for the swine flu). Artificial immunity is temporary at best and there is evidence it has created a whole new set of diseases that may not show up until adulthood. The safety of the shots is another big topic, but if the shots are supposed to produce healthier children, where is the evidence? Children are receiving more shots than ever (68 by 18 years of age), and their health is plummeting to the lowest levels ever. Autism, other neuro-developmental disorders (15 million children in the U.S. are learning disabled) asthma, etc. are skyrocketing. The sanity of this approach really needs to be questioned. Are our children being sold out by corporate/government irresponsibility to support a 20 BILLION dollar industry?
